If any item is received damaged or defective in transit please contact us and we will be happy to assist you!
This situation may be eligible for a refund or the item(s) can be sent back for us to fix.
We want your items to last a lifetime!
If an item becomes damaged or you would like to get it refurbished, please contact us. We would gladly fix any item. Pricing for refurbishing will vary depending on the product being fixed & the materials needed to fix the item.
